Seth grew up outside the Powder River Basin and started working in the oil and gas fields at a young age. He attended Gonzaga University, where he studied Mechanical Engineering, Business and Leadership before graduating magna cum laude in 2005. After college, he spent a few years at Petro-Canada in Denver as a Reservoir and Operations Engineer before joining Vantage Energy early in its formation. At Vantage, he helped build upstream and midstream businesses in multiple basins as VP Development and A&D. Upon sale to Rice Energy, Seth co-founded Camino where the initial team of ~10 employees has now grown to ~90 having run businesses in OK, WY and TX. Additionally, Seth serves on the boards of Camino’s midstream partner, Iron Horse Midstream, the Western Energy Alliance, Petroleum Association of Wyoming and the Gonzaga University Board of Regents.
