Chevron - Hydrogen
As the General Manager, Hydrogen Central US & Gulf Coast, Rob is responsible for leading a team accountable for developing integrated value chain capital projects with multiple partners to supply low carbon hydrogen for domestic use and ammonia for export to European and Asian markets. His area of responsibility includes the region east of the Rocky Mountains, specifically along the US Gulf Coast, and Europe. The position is responsible for leading the development and execution of the US / Europe strategy, opportunities, partnerships, and solutions to utilize Hydrogen and Ammonia in the decarbonization of the industrial, power generation, and heavy-duty transportation sectors.
Rob started his career with Chevron as an intern in Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico Business Unit and Land Administration team while finishing up his MBA. Since joining as a full-time employee in 2005, Rob has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in Land & Business Development, Commercial, HR, and New Energies.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University and an MBA, focused on Finance, from the University of Houston.
In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his 4 children, playing golf, and rooting for the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints!
